
PARJAP Marbella 2025 Participation in Best Poster Award
The technical committee of the Asociación Española de Parques y Jardines Públicos selected 4 finalist projects prior to the congress for presentation in PechaKucha format, providing an agile and dynamic look at the closing of the event. ✨ The 4 finalist projects were: 🔖 Rafael Guerrero Gómez "The Garden of Memory of Malaga. Naturalized necropolis" 🔖 Ignacio Díez Torrijos, Anna Bonet Asensi, María Pedro Ferrer and Andrea Ariza Hernández "From ornamental garden to multifunctional Mediterranean forest; the case of the Umbracle of the City of Arts and Sciences (Valencia)" 🔖 Alfonso Fernández Salor and Juan Manuel Mondéjar Sanmartín Monitoring and impact of landscaped roofs on urban biodiversity. 🔖 SingularGreen SL. NatUR-W: Nature-Based Urban Regeneration through Water 📩 Thanks to the QR code voting system, the congress participants were able to evaluate the 16 posters presented, choosing the award by popular vote. Finally 🌟, the award for the Best Poster chosen has been for the project "The Garden of Memory. Naturalized Necropolis" by Rafael Guerrero Gómez. A proposal that excites and transforms the way of understanding landscape and memory.
