Third Innovative Actions Call: get support for your application

With the Call for Proposals starting in May, the EUI Permanent Secretariat is getting ready to assist applicants at every step of the journey. Here’s a comprehensive guide to the various support mechanisms available.

  • EUI-IA Guidance

Have a look at the EUI-IA Guidance to gain a better understanding of the framework of EUI-Innovative Actions. From project development to implementation, eligibility criteria to transfer component, this resource offers a lot of support for the application process. Be sure to explore the dedicated FAQ section for further insights.

  • Online events

We are excited to announce two upcoming online events to present the details of the call. Here's what's planned:

A general info-session:

Join us on 6 May for a session covering all the essentials of the call. From call topics to key dates, this session will provide a comprehensive overview. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to ask burning questions you may have.

A deeper discussion on Energy transition and Technology in the city:

On 23 May, we'll delve into the core topics of the call: Energy transition and Technology in the city. This session promises an in-depth exploration, offering insights and perspectives to help you design your project. Keep an eye out for registration details, coming soon!

Both events will be live streamed and recorded. 

  • Applicants Seminars (in person events)

For those seeking a more interactive experience, Applicant Seminars will provide a good moment to delve into EUI – Innovative Actions with officers form the Secretariat. From the goals and rules to technical aspects such as application forms and project budgets. Urban authorities are encouraged to register to secure their place.

Upcoming Seminars will take place on:
-    13 June 2024, Bucharest, Romania
-    27 June 2024, Prague, Czech Republic

  • Application Form Workshop (in person event)

Later in the call, when you have a better idea of where you stand with your project application, we will organise an Application Form Workshop, to provide hands-on assistance. Through practical exercises and technical guidance, participants will gain a clearer understanding of the application process. Please note that this workshop is not for generating project ideas but rather focuses on refining application details.

  • One-to-one consultations

For personalised advice, book a one-to-one consultation with the Permanent Secretariat. These sessions offer a 30 minutes with a member of the Permanent Secretariat to address specific queries and provide clarity on the application process. Remember, bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don’t delay!

Registration for consultations will open in June 2024.

  • Online webinars

Watch our online webinars to learn more about the development of a good project proposal. These videos were developed as part of our applicant support activities in the framework of Call 2, but are still relevant for Call 3.

  • Online collective Q&A sessions

Mark your calendars for a series of online Q&A sessions designed to address your queries in real-time. Whether it’s clarification on deadlines or technical assistance, these sessions offer a convenient platform to seek guidance. Our team will be online to meet you every second Thursday
