Supporting Cities for the 1st Innovative Actions Call for proposals
We are ready to assist and offer our support to all interested applicants during the open call for proposals! The EUI Permanent Secretariat has prepared a complete package for cities to get started on their application process. Even more, it is eager to meet cities in person at applicant seminars and online for Q&A and individual consultations! Question is, are you ready to inspire us with your innovative ideas?

EUI-IA Guidance

Get your hands on the online guidance to have more background information on EUI – Innovative Actions,  how to start the application process, develop, implement and transfer your project in addition to all the rules and procedures!

Applicant Seminars

We want to meet you in person! These applicant seminars are planned for you to take part in several plenary and workshop sessions to learn everything you need to know about this 1st EUI call.  We have organised four seminars taking part in four different locations in Europe! Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis so don't wait to save your seat with us! Interested in already presenting your proposal? You can sign up for 30min one to one session with one our Secretariat members. With limited spots available, we encourage you to mark you interest as soon as possible!

Where and when will this take place? 

  • 19 October: Brussels, Belgium
  • 8th-9th November: Vienna, Austria
  • 29th-30th November: Sofia, Bulgaria 
  • 6th-7th December: Vilnius, Lithuania

Can't make it in person? We will also accommodate you online! Three Q&A sessions are organised, each with a thematic focus!
