Cities Forum 2025: Registration is now open!
Registration is now open for the Cities Forum 2025! Register for this flagship event, jointly organised by the European Commission (DG REGIO) and the European Urban Initiative (EUI), which will bring together urban actors, policymakers and experts from across Europe, providing a privileged space for debate and sharing of innovative solutions for sustainable urban development.

Why Participate?

The Cities Forum offers three days of:

  • High-level plenaries & interactive sessions with key urban actors.
  • Workshops showcasing innovative urban sustainability solutions.
  • Networking opportunities with policymakers, city representatives, and experts.
  • Access to EU urban initiatives and guidance from EUI National Urban Contact Points, including UCP Malta.
  • Field visits in Krakow to explore EU-funded sustainable urban planning projects.
  • Engagement in shaping Europe’s urban future through policy discussions and collaboration.

How to Register?

Participation is free, but registration is mandatory.

  1. Visit citiesforum2025.eu.
  2. Create an EUI account, which grants access to the Portico community.
  3. Complete the online registration form.
  4. You will receive a submission confirmation, but please wait for official approval before making any travel arrangements.
