This call plans to identify the urban authorities that will have their Sustainable Urban Development Strategies (financed through Article 11 ERDF) reviewed in Peer Review events taking place from March to July 2026. The call for City-to-City Exchanges remains continuously open. A Peer Review is a capacity building activity offered by EUI to support European cities to improve the design and implementation of their Sustainable Urban Development (SUD) strategies, through a process of benchmarking and peer learning. The Peer Review activity is fully financed by EUI and applicants to this call may apply to be a city under review and / or a peer reviewer. The EUI Peer Reviews Call is of relevance to achieving policy objective 5 of the EU’s Cohesion Policy which seeks to bring Europe closer to citizens by fostering the sustainable and integrated development of all types of territories.
